智通财经APP讯，华夏文化科技(01566)发布公告，于2024年11月20日及2024年11月21日，廉政公署人员到访公司中国香港主要营业地点，就若干涉嫌触犯香港法例第201章防止贿赂条例及香港法例第200章刑事罪行条例的罪行执行搜查令。
就公司所知，廉署人员并无上门搜查集团的其他物业，亦无集团任何成员公司的董事或雇员被廉署拘捕。
除上文所述外，于本公告日期，董事会并不知悉公司任何其他须根据证券及期货条例第XIVA部予以披露的内幕消息。
公司股份已于2024年11月21日上午9时正起于联交所短暂停牌，而由于公司需要时间评估廉署的调查会否对集团的业务及营运造成任何影响，故将继续停牌，以待另行刊发公告。
