智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(601600.SH)发布公告，因工作需要，欧小武先生于2024年12月13日向公司董事会递交书面辞呈，辞去公司执行董事及在董事会专门委员会中的一切职务，即日生效。
鉴于公司原总经理、执行董事朱润洲先生已于此前辞任，以及本次欧小武先生的辞任，公司于2024年12月13日召开第八届董事会第二十九次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任公司总经理及提名执行董事候选人的议案》。经公司第八届董事会换届提名委员会提名，公司董事会同意聘任何文建先生为公司总经理，即日生效;同时，董事会同意提名何文建先生、毛世清先生为公司第八届董事会执行董事候选人，并提交公司股东会履行选举程序。
