消息面上，京基金融国际公布，董事会宣布成立投资委员会，自2024年12月15日起生效。投资委员会的成立旨在提高营运效率，并加强投资决策及风险管理流程，特别是考虑到集团对加密货币及相关技术的战略关注。鉴于区块链技术及加密货币日益增长的重要性，集团正探索新的业务及投资机会，以产生正面回报。董事会认为，将加密货币投资纳入集团的资产分配及以绿色能源为导向的绿色能源及人工智能投资策略中，将增强整体财务状况。
此外，董事会认识到加密货币市场的历史波动性。然而，董事认为加密货币市场正在进入上行周期。因此，董事会认为，投资比特币及其他交易所买卖基金认可的加币货币等领先加密货币，在长远而言可提高股东价值。值得注意的是，12月16日，比特币盘中一度触及106427美元，再度创下历史新高。
