AI量化交易第一股INTL GENIUS(0033.HK)今日逆势拉升，盘中一度涨27.94%，报3.48港元。
公司此前公布，拟向华菊控股有限公司发行最多1.1亿股认购股份， 每股认购价2.75港元(与认购协议日期股份于联交所收市价相同)，最多净筹约3.02亿港元，拟用于支持公司战略发展以及用于补充一般营运资金。
IGC近年来动作频繁，先是官宣进行战略转型，今年3月又成功跨国收购人工智能、深度神经网络、分布式计算及量化交易算法的领先研发及应用公司Deep Neural Computing Company Limited，以此拓展了技术驱动的投资管理业务。
