智通财经APP讯，锅圈(02517)发布公告，公司于近期收到公司股东锅圈实业(上海)有限公司及上海不约而同创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)拟将其所持全部境内未上市股份转换为公司H股的通知。2024年12月16日，董事会已考虑及批准建议将前述股东持有的余下约9.379亿股境内未上市股份转为公司H股(“H股全流通”)，相关股份占公司于本公告日期已发行股本总额约34.14%。
