智通财经APP获悉，洢人壹方控股(08305)尾盘一度涨超75%，截至发稿，涨59.17%，报0.191港元，成交额1087.14万港元。
消息面上，洢人壹方控股公告称，完成配售2.1亿股。据悉，公司此前宣布，折让约9.84%配售最多2.1亿股股份，最高净筹约1120.4万港元，约200万港元用作偿还银行借款及约920.4万港元用作本集团一般营运资金。
此外，洢人壹方控股今年9月曾发布公告，公司正积极探索于大湾区的业务发展机会，并委任谌鹏作为首席执行官为集团探索大湾区商机的踏脚石。董事会认为于大湾区发展业务有潜力为集团作出未来贡献，对公司有利，并符合集团及股东的利益。
