智通财经APP获悉，晋景新能(01783)近期股价持续攀升，12月初至今累计涨幅接近20%，今日盘中高见6.94港元，再创上市新高。截至收盘，涨1.77%，报6.9港元，成交额1317.9万港元。
消息面上，10月25日，晋景新能与华润晋扬、香港再生资源总商会成功签署了《投资合作意向协议》，将在绿色行业展开全面深入合作。根据具体协议内容，晋景新能与华润晋扬拟在海外地区共同投资设立再生金属加工产业园，并携手在香港地区共同打造资源循环产业基地，共同推动电池材料及其他金属材料领域的技术创新和市场拓展。
公开资料显示，华润晋扬由华润环保、晋扬国际、国合国际联合发起，其中华润环保是全国循环经济行业的龙头企业，并在今年10月加入中国资源循环集团有限公司，成为其成员企业。
