　　百应控股（08525）发布公告，有关接获联交所停牌决定，经寻求专业意见及作出妥当考虑后，公司决定要求GEM上市委员会复核该决定。因此，公司已于2024年12月13日向联交所提交书面要求，要求GEM上市委员会根据GEM上市规则第四章复核该决定。因此，公司股份将继续买卖。倘上述事项有任何重大发展，公司将于适当时候根据GEM上市规则的规定另行刊发公告。
