华夏文化科技因涉嫌违法遭廉署搜查 股份暂时停牌
财中社12月16日电华夏文化科技（01566）发布公告，指出公司于2024年11月20日和21日遭到廉政公署的搜查，涉及涉嫌违反香港法例第201章防止贿赂条例及第200章刑事罪行条例。根据公司的了解，廉政公署并未对集团其他物业进行搜查，且没有董事或员工被拘捕。
由于需要评估廉政公署的调查对公司业务及运营的影响，华夏文化科技的股份自2024年11月21日上午9时起在联交所暂时停牌，并将继续停牌，直至另行发布公告。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在交易股份时应保持谨慎。
