华夏文化科技(01566.HK) 公布，廉政公署人员于11月20及21日到访公司香港主要营业地点，就若干涉嫌触犯香港法例第201章防止贿赂条例及香港法例第200章刑事罪行条例的罪行执行搜查令。
就集团所知，廉署人员并无上门搜查集团的其他物业，亦无集团任何成员公司的董事或雇员被廉署拘捕。
该股已于11月21日上午9时正起于联交所短暂停牌，而由于集团需要时间评估廉署的调查会否对其业务及营运造成任何影响，故将继续停牌，以待另行刊发公告。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
