中国汇融拟出售汇方鼎干100%股权 交易对价7699万元
财中社12月16日电中国汇融（01290）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司汇方供应链与苏州新威签订预购协议，计划出售汇方鼎干100%的股权，出售对价为7699万元（可予以调整）。此次出售将使本集团不再持有汇方鼎干及汇方合众的任何权益，后者为红庄商业的注册所有人。
根据协议，出售事项分为两个阶段进行。第一期，苏州新威需支付1417万元，并在三个月内完成汇方鼎干5%的股权转让；第二期需在2025年10月31日前支付6282万元（可予以调整），并完成剩余95%的股权转让。此次交易预计将为本集团带来约616万元的出售收益，且所得款项将用于一般运营资金。
