智通财经APP讯，宋城演艺(300144.SZ)公告，公司参股公司花房集团(03611)自2023年4月3日起停牌至今。2024年12月12日，联交所发出《关于花房集团公司取消上市地位》的通告，联交所宣布，由2024年12月16日上午9时起，花房集团公司的上市地位将根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条予以取消。
花房集团公司为公司参股的联营企业，主要从事音视频直播娱乐及社交网络服务。公司持有花房集团公司33.65%的股权，为其第二大股东，公司对其不具有控制权，不参与其具体经营。
