Pinestone Capital (HKG:0804) plans to change its English name to Yinda International Holdings Limited from Pinestone Capital Limited, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company will change its dual foreign name in Chinese as well, and following the approval of the change of name, it will also change its English stock short name, logo, and web address.
