消息面上，生态环境部近日公布2025年制冷剂配额核发情况。申万宏源指出，2025年二代制冷剂配额核发情况符合预期，三代整体略超预期。配额增发是行业景气的体现，在国际公约大框架下，制冷剂长期逻辑仍存，政策的制定锚定供需而非价格，看好制冷剂内外贸价格继续共振上行。
民生证券表示，考虑到制冷剂景气度有望继续保持，制冷剂企业盈利或随着成交价格的走高而持续提升。该行指出，需求端，制冷剂下游的空调出口旺盛，内需也在“以旧换新”等政策催化下呈现增长态势，叠加制冷剂配额强约束，看好制冷剂价格现货保持强劲。
