　　华人置业（00127）发布公告，于2024年12月19日，卖方 KNIGHTLIGHTS PROPERTY INTERNATIONAL S.A．（公司的间接全资拥有附属公司）与买方 ELLISON SPV 2 LIMITED订立买卖协议，据此，根据买卖协议所载条款及条件，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买该物业，代价为1.62亿英镑（不包含增值税）。完成已于买卖协议签订日期落实。

　　该物业为一幢位于英国伦敦St James’s Square 11及12号以及Ormond Yard 14至17号的综合用途楼宇，主要由一幢总室内净面积为82024平方英尺分布于地下低层、地下及楼上六层的甲级写字楼组成，建于一幅永久业权土地上。
