智通财经APP讯，荣晖控股(08213)发布公告，于2024年12月18日(联交所交易时段后)，公司与每位认购人订立认购协议，据此，每位认购人已有条件同意认购，而公司已有条件同意按认购价每股认购股份0.35港元配发及发行合共3428.57万股新股份，认购价较股份于认购协议日期于联交所所报收市价每股0.40港元折让约12.50%。
待完成认购事项后，认购事项所得款项总额将为约1200万港元及认购事项所得款项净额(经扣除认购事项其他开支后)将为约1170万港元。
