智通财经APP讯，成都高速(01785)发布公告，公司前期收悉建管集团来函，询问公司是否行使上述相关权利，以与其他投标人组成联合体参与成都至峨眉山高速公路项目(该项目)，联合体各方将共同成立项目公司(项目公司)负责该项目的投资、建设与运营管理，并确认若其中标该项目，在投资、建设、运营和移交该项目的过程中，公司可按新避免同业竞争协议之相关约定行使收购选择权和优先购买权。
公司近日获悉，由该公司控股股东建管集团与中铁城市发展投资集团有限公司及成都建工集团有限公司组成的联合体参与了该项目的投标并中标，该项目估算总投资为人民币188.21亿元。如公司未来就该项目行使新避免同业竞争协议项下的有关权利，公司将根据适用的法律法规及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则履行适当的审批程序及披露义务。
