BlockBeats 消息，12 月 17 日，日本上市公司 Metaplanet Inc. 宣布发行第四系列普通债券，总额 45 亿日元（约 3000 万美元），所募资金将用于加速购买比特币。
该债券为零利率，将于 2025 年 6 月 16 日到期，赎回资金主要来自此前发布的认股权证行使收益。公司还计划通过多次发行，募集最高 50 亿日元私募债券，进一步扩大资本运作规模。
