0933 GMT - The U.K. water regulator's final decision final decision on companies' allowed pricing, investment levels and shareholder returns looks positive for the sector on first glance, Barclays analysts write. They see Ofwat's final determinations as a major clearing event that removes risks that have weighed on shares. The added certainty is worth a few percentage-points on the share price, they sayin a research note. They estimate Pennon to be most positively geared to the regulator's determination. Shares in Pennon are up 2.7% at 6.02 pounds. Its peers United Utilities and Severn Trent are also trading higher on the news, at 1.5% to 10.80 pounds and 1.6% to 26.90 pounds, respectively.
