金融界12月19日消息，世纪娱乐国际主要业务包括投资控股、在柬埔寨经营赌桌业务、以及为客户提供AR/VR应用程式相关的创新知识产权及技术解决方案开发。由于COVID-19疫情扩散及柬埔寨的强制封锁措施，世纪娱乐国际在回顾期内并无录得收益，而且所有赌场暂时关闭。因此，其回顾期内净亏损达到约11,420,000港元，同比增加约7.4%。此外，世纪娱乐国际在2024年9月30日的总发行股数为128,247,561股，每股面值为0.01港元。其综合负债净额合共约为91,200,000港元，较2024年3月31日增加约11,300,000港元。
