智通财经APP讯，REPUBLIC HC(08357)发布公告，于2024年12月19日，公司与深圳市融汇仁和生命科技有限公司(深圳融汇仁和)订立一份战略合作协议，双方同意在三个方面进行合作，即(i)细胞、基因、菌群系列生物科技产品及服务;(ii)医疗保健相关教育、竞赛指导及从业人员专业培训;及(iii)共同合作“生命方舟”健康管理机构业务，开拓东南亚及国际市场(战略合作)。
董事会谨此强调，战略合作的实施构成双方之间长期战略合作的基础，此项合作将取决于最终协议的签立。因此，战略合作协议旨在记录双方之间的初步相互谅解，并作为进一步谈判的平台，并不旨在对相关各方产生法律约束力(与保密以及管辖法律和争议解决相关的条文除外)。
董事会认为，战略合作将利用双方各自的专业优势和资源优势。双方不仅将通过合作实现各自业务的协同增长，亦将促进生物技术创新，为双方带来新的市场机会和商业价值。
