　　经审核委员会建议，中汇安达会计师事务所有限公司（中汇安达）已获委任为公司的新任核数师，自2024年12月18日起生效，以填补安永会计师事务所辞任后产生的临时空缺，并任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
