智通财经APP讯，山东黄金(01787)发布公告，为充分利用金融衍生品市场，有效减少贵金属及有色金属现货市场价格波动对山东黄金矿业股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”或“山东黄金”)控股子公司山金国际黄金股份有限公司(以下简称“山金国际”)及其子公司生产经营和贸易的影响，保证经营业绩的相对稳定，山金国际全资子公司上海盛蔚矿业投资有限公司、海南盛蔚贸易有限公司、宁波永盛融信国际贸易有限公司和控股子公司上海盛鸿融信国际贸易有限公司及其子公司YTSHSINGAPOREPTE.LTD.拟开展衍生品交易业务。衍生品交易业务预计任一交易日持有的最高合约价值不超过90亿元人民币或等值其他货币，且动用的交易保证金金额在任意时点均不超过7亿元人民币或等值其他货币，上述额度在有效期内可循环使用。资金来源为山金国际自有资金或自筹资金。
