金吾财讯 | 中国旭阳集团(01907)早盘股价逆市上扬，截至发稿，报2.88港元，涨幅2.86%，成交额1126.66万港元。消息面上，公司宣布，与深创投制造业转型升级新材料基金(有限合伙)签署投资协议，作为战略投资者，深创投新材料基金将投资集团的子公司沧州旭阳化工，投资额达到8亿元人民币，预期将推动集团尼龙新材料业务转型升级。中国旭阳集团表示，旗下己内酰胺产能规模已达到每年约75万吨，是全球第二大己内酰胺生产商，并拥有下游多种高端尼龙新材料的创新技术，未来将持续拓展替代进口、新工艺、新技术及新品种。
