智通财经APP讯，世界(集团)(00713)公布，内容有关位于中国广东省中山市沙溪镇的招商引资项目，于2024年12月13日，公司董事会已确定“本项目”的工业用地改造的建筑设计初步方案。预计“本方案”投资总额约为人民币六亿元，分两期发展，两期建筑工程的建筑面积合共约为211,425平方米，预计开发周期为6年。
第一期建筑工程的建筑面积约107,823平方米，“本公司”计划将“广东南塑”现于中国东莞市清溪镇临时租赁厂房所经营的塑料管材及管件生产及销售业务(“该等业务”)，搬迁到第一期建成后的厂房，继续经营“该等业务”，以节省租金支出。
第二期建筑工程的建筑面积约103,602平方米，建成后的物业拟用作出租及出售用途。
