Pexa Group (ASX:PXA) named Russell Cohen chief executive, effective Mar. 31, 2025, succeeding Glenn King, who will step down on Feb. 28, 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
King will provide Cohen advisory support until the end of June, the filing said.
Meanwhile, Chief Financial Officer Scott Butterworth will serve as acting CEO from March 1 to 31, 2025, according to the filing.
The digital property settlements platform's shares rose nearly 4% in morning trade Tuesday.
