金融界12月20日消息，国富创新发布2024年年报，显示截至2024年3月31日，公司的未偿还应收贷款总额（扣除预期信贷亏损）为110,576,000.00港元。这些贷款包括：一笔有抵押贷款，未偿还本金为13,500,000.00港元；两笔无抵押贷款，未偿还本金总额为90,000,000.00港元；一笔有抵押按揭贷款，未偿还本金为5,000,000.00港元；以及一笔担保贷款，未偿还本金为3,000,000.00港元。其中，有抵押按揭贷款和担保贷款已经逾期。
