智通财经APP获悉，宜搜科技(02550)尾盘跌超7%，盘中低见5.66港元再创新低。截至发稿，跌7.29%，报5.71港元，成交额1.48亿港元。值得注意的是，公司总市值已跌穿20亿港元。
消息面上，12月9日，宜搜科技上市届满一年，上市前股东约2.05亿股也在当日迎来解禁。继此前11月18日至19日两日市值蒸发逾130亿港元后，12月9日，宜搜科技盘中股价再度大跌近40%，市值蒸发超10亿港元。但即使按照宜搜科技12月9日的盘中股价低点6.28港元来看，上市前的主要投资者均已获利。
智通财经APP在《被2亿解禁“带崩”股价，两日跌四成的宜搜科技(02550)会不会打“保通”战？》中指出，宜搜科技属于恒生综合小型股指数成份股的港股通股票，目前适用的规则是检讨期港股平均月末市值低于港币40亿元的标准。在基本面表现不足的情况下，一定程度加大了宜搜主力资金接下来的护盘成本。待后续港股通开始施行“每日市值”新规，月底拉升的资本运作方式已然不适合。虽然目前宜搜科技的日平均流通市值仍能满足下一次的“保通”要求，但当前公司每日市值走势趋势却是离最低保通门槛越来越远。
