智通财经APP讯，易通讯集团(08031)发布公告，于2024年12月20日，卖方(公司的直接全资附属公司Future Data Limited)拟向买方(中国香港居民兼商人Lui Tsz Chung)出售出售公司(基业信贷有限公司)的全部已发行股本，代价为1100万港元。
出售公司为一间于中国香港注册成立的有限公司，主要从事提供放债服务，于本公布日期为公司的间接全资附属公司。
集团一直专注于系统解决方案业务的发展，并与其他专业公司携手合作开发集团的Marvel客户联络中心系统。董事认为出售事项实属良机，可让集团处置其于出售公司的权益，透过出售事项套现收益，并作出更佳资源调配，借以发展现有业务及╱或于系统解决方案业务方面投资其他商机。
