德康农牧申请内资股转H股并于港交所上市交易
财中社12月20日电德康农牧（02419）发布内幕消息公告，宣布公司已于2024年12月19日向中国证监会提交申请，计划将部分内资股转换为H股，并向香港联交所申请上市及交易。这一决定是基于中国证监会于2019年发布并在2023年修订的《H股公司境内未上市股份申请“全流通”业务指引》而作出的。
