Fountain Set (Holdings) (HKG:0420) agreed to renew its purchase agreement with Chinatex, a controlling shareholder of the company for another three years.

The company also agreed to renew its sales agreements with Siddarth Janak Hirdaramani and Feroz Omar, substantial shareholders of its subsidiaries, for another three years, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the renewed agreements, the company will continue to purchase textile raw materials and other materials from, and rent office space for the Chinatex group for another three years ending on Dec. 31, 2027.

The company will also continue to supply fabrics, yarns, and similar items to AH Group under Siddarth Janak Hirdaramani and FM Group under Feroz Omar for another three years ending on Dec. 31, 2027.
