智通财经APP讯，德康农牧(02419)发布公告，该公司已于2024年12月19日向中国证监会提交申请，以将其若干内资股转为本公司H股。在取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会及联交所批准)及符合所有适用法律、法规及规章后，该等内资股将被转为H股，而本公司将就该等H股向联交所申请上市及买卖(转换及上市)。根据本公司的《组织章程细则》，转换及上市毋须再召开股东大会作批准。
