智通财经APP讯，鹰辉物流(01442)发布公告，于2024年12月20日(联交所交易时段后)，Infinity Logistics & Transport Sdn Bhd(Infinity L&T)(公司间接全资附属公司)提交一份不可撤回的标书，以收购位于马来西亚雪兰莪的一幅工业用地。该投标已获董事会批准，并将于标书提交截止日期起 120日内具有约束力及可供卖方有效接纳。倘Infinity L&T获卖方选定为优先竞标者，则卖方将发出中标函，届时双方将进行排他性谈判，以最终商定买卖协议。
