东银国际控股拟私有化，建议2025年撤销上市地位
财中社12月20日电东银国际控股（00668）发布公告，银邦控股有限公司提出私有化建议，计划撤销公司的上市地位。公告中指出，计划文件将于2024年12月20日寄发给股东，文件包含有关该建议的详细信息及预期时间表。法院会议及股东特别大会定于2025年1月17日召开，公司将于2025年1月10日至2025年1月17日期间暂停办理股份过户登记手续。
独立董事委员会已获得独立财务顾问的意见，认为该建议及计划的条款对独立计划股东公平合理。若所有条件达成，该计划预计将于2025年3月3日生效，股份将2025年3月5日撤销上市地位。
