Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) signed a five-year agreement with Telstra Group (ASX:TLS) for the design, construction, and maintenance of the latter's critical digital infrastructure, according to a filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses Friday.
Ventia expects to generate more than AU$400 million in annual revenue over
the next five years from the deal, the filing said.
The infrastructure services provider's shares were up over 3% in recent Friday trade in Australia.
