CUC (TYO:9158) said its subsidiary, Noah Konzer, will sell 14 facilities in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, and lease them back, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Noah Konzer operates nursing homes and provide day-care services, the filing said.
The facilities will be transferred for 13.20 billion yen, recording a capital gain of 100 million yen. The buyer, Pj SNOW, is a fund established to hold nursing homes operated by the CUC Group.
The transfer is scheduled to take place Dec. 25.
