京基金融国际(01468.HK) 公布，与WhaleFin Markets订立一份不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，双方拟通过结合人工智能(AI)、绿色金融及虚拟资产相关管理来拓展及发展商机，目前正探讨有关领域的合作机会的商议。
双方可能合作可能包括但不限于交流有关全球市场趋势及特定行业知识的见解，特别是有关人工智能及绿色能源倡议的见解；分享数字融资方面的知识及技术进步；联通横跨多个区域及市场的宝贵网络。
根据《打击洗钱及恐怖分子资金筹集条例》，WhaleFin Markets目前被视为已获得提供虚拟资产服务的牌照。然而，证监会仍在审议该牌照的申请。WhaleFin Markets亦是Amber Group的成员公司，而Amber Group通过其持牌实体及被视为持牌实体，在亚洲(尤其是新加坡及香港)的市场布局占一席。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
