吴峥先生已辞任独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会主席、提名及企业管治委员会主席及审核委员会成员，原因为联交所于2024年12月10日向公司唯一的两名执行董事作出“损害投资者权益声明”，令彼对集团的运营可行性表示担忧。
