Gladstone Investment (GAIN) said Friday it acquired Nielsen-Kellerman a day earlier.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
The acquisition was completed in partnership with Nielsen-Kellerman's leadership team, Gladstone said, adding that it provided equity capital and senior secured debt to finance the deal.
Nielsen-Kellerman designs, builds, and distributes environmental measurement and sports performance instruments.
Gladstone President David Dullum said the acquisition "aligns well with our investment thesis of acquiring companies with the stability of meaningful brands and an experienced management team."
