　　丘钛科技发布公告，于2024年12月18日，公司与联营公司新巨科技股份有限公司（新巨科技）（一间于台湾证券柜台买卖中心上柜的公司，股份代号：3630）订立股份认购协议书，据此，新巨科技已有条件同意发行，而公司已有条件同意认购新巨科技拟发行的2000万股普通股股份，相当于于私募配售后经扩大新巨科技的已发行普通股股份总数约9.8%。
