　　本次数据对比包括企业有效投诉量、投诉回复率。

　　对比企业包括：滴滴出行、花小猪打车、T3出行、嘀嗒出行、阳光出行、曹操出行、聚的出租、首汽约车。

　　其中阳光出行回复率100%、聚的出租回复率99.50%、曹操出行回复率98.70%、滴滴出行回复率98.62%、花小猪打车回复率98.48%、首汽约车回复率96.00%、嘀嗒出行回复率92.26%，而T3出行回复率仅63.38%。
