凤祥股份更新新凤祥财务破产进展 司法重整已被受理
财中社12月20日电凤祥股份（09977）发布自愿性公告，更新新凤祥财务破产清算的最新进展。公告提到，新凤祥控股的若干附属公司面临债务逾期，其中新凤祥财务涉及逾期还款纠纷，已被原告提起民事诉讼。作为担保人的新凤祥控股及其部分附属公司也被列为被告。近期，祥光铜业因无力偿还到期债务，向聊城市中级人民法院申请司法重整，该案已被阳谷县人民法院受理。
根据法院命令，祥光铜业设立了两项重整服务信托，分别作为资产及股权权益的管理平台。公司接获通知，有权收取相关清算资产，包括现金2779万元，以及两项信托下的信托份额，其对应的底层资产及股权权益价值分别为1.38亿元和2746万元。由于信托份额的流动性及市值存在不确定性，无法保证信托份额能够变现。公司将与核数师讨论确认会计处理方法，并将在有重大更新时进一步公告。
