智通财经APP讯,新丝路文旅(00472)发布公告,于2024年12月20日,公司的间接全资附属公司北京悦豪物业管理有公司作为买方与卖方彼岸时代科技控股有限公司订立买卖协议,卖方同意出售而买方同意收购物业,代价为人民币4500万元。
该物业位于中国北京市通州区台湖镇外郎营村北京民企总部基地的房屋,地址为中国北京市通州区外郎营村北2号院13号楼-1至3层101。物业的建筑面积为2315.28平方米,地上面积为1711.10平方米,地下面积为604.18平方米,其中地上三层,地下一层。
董事会认为,收购物业事项为集团重新配置资源以及较佳投资机会,集团现在现金足以支持购买物业,董事会认为收购物业事项不会对集团的经营造成重大不利影响,收购物业事项乃按一般商业条款、公平合理及符合公司及公司的股东的整体利益作出。
