智通财经APP讯，环球医疗(02666)发布公告，有关本公司的全资附属公司中国环球租赁有限公司(发行人)在中国境内公开发行2024年第五期公司债券(本期公司债)。公司欣然宣布本期公司债已于2024年12月20日在中国完成发行。本期公司债最终发行本金总额为人民币5亿元，自2024年12月20日起基础期限为五年，固定利率为2.13%。在第3年末，发行人将享有赎回选择权和调整票面利率选择权，而投资者则享有回售选择权。发行价格为每张人民币100元，发行价格等值于本期公司债面值的100%。
