智通财经APP讯，贵州银行(06199)发布公告，该行境外审计师香港立信德豪会计师事务所有限公司及境内审计师立信会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(合称为“立信”)由于未能与该行就2024年审计费用达成一致，已辞任该行审计师，自2024年12月20日起生效。
根据该行公司章程及选聘会计师事务所管理办法等相关规定，该行进行了审计师招标选聘工作。根据招标结果，董事会建议聘任毕马威会计师事务所及毕马威华振会计师事务所(特殊普通合伙)(合称为“毕马威”)分别担任该行2024年境外审计师及境内审计师，以填补立信辞任后产生的空缺
