京基金融国际(01468.HK) 公布，其直接全资附属Leading Tide与包括SIAM AI、Venture Hub、FCGM Strategic Investment Pte. Ltd.及Boon-Long订立正式协议，以成立一家合资公司，专注于在泰国经营及管理图形处理单元(GPU)服务器集群。此举通过整合人工智能(AI)、绿色金融及虚拟资产服务，促进业务增长及发展。合资公司的主要目标是为国内及国际客户提供GPU租赁解决方案。
合资公司的初始股权结构为由Leading Tide持有9%，由SIAM AI持有40%，而其余51%将在其他参与方之间进行分配。此外，合资公司将为各新服务器集群或客户成立独立的全资附属。
