智通财经APP讯，新兴印刷(01975)发布公告，于2024年12月18日(交易时段结束后)，买方PT New Horizons Venture(公司间接全资附属公司)与卖方PT Kawasan Industri Kendal订立购买确认函件，据此，买方同意购买，而卖方同意出售该地块，代价为495.06亿印尼盾(相等于约2425.8万港元)。
据悉，将予收购的地块位于印度尼西亚地址为Jl. Tanjung Anom Raya No 2, Kawasan Industri Kendal, Indonesia的地块。
