消息面上，Marvell、博通、Credo等公司陆续发布财报，算力通信引发关注，在网络互联层面，新的产品逐步崭露头角，AEC等新的技术加速落地，引发市场关注度。国盛证券指出，我们长期看好算力板块，AEC的放量以及CSP厂商独立方案的兴起，标志着算力产业链进入到合纵连横时代，我们坚定看好国内相关算力产业链，重点推荐立讯精密等。
据悉，汇聚科技主要生产及供应各种铜缆和光缆电线组件、数字电线产品、医疗产品及服务器，产品的使用场景包括电信、数据中心、工业设备、医疗设备、汽车配线、数字电线及服务器，与立讯精密的部分业务具有较强的互补性。2022年，立讯精密通过通过境外全资子公司立讯精密有限公司收购汇聚科技，截至2024年6月30日，立讯精密有限公司总计持有汇聚科技70.95%股权。
