京基金融国际成立合资公司进军GPU租赁市场
财中社12月17日电京基金融国际（01468）发布公告，宣布其全资附属公司Leading Tide Group Limited与SIAM AI Corporation Company Limited、Venture Hub、FCGM Strategic Investment Pte. Ltd.及Boon-Long先生达成协议，成立一家合资公司，专注于在泰国经营和管理图形处理单元（GPU）服务器集群。合资公司的主要目标是为国内及国际客户提供GPU租赁解决方案。
根据协议，合资公司的初始股权结构为Leading Tide持有9%，SIAM AI持有40%，其余51%将由其他参与方分配。此举是为了应对AI技术及数据处理服务市场的快速增长，满足对计算能力，尤其是GPU的需求。合资公司将通过整合技术、财务及运营的专业知识，力求在GPU租赁市场建立强大地位，并创造可持续的收入来源。
董事会认为，此协议符合公司股东的利益，并支持公司在AI、环境、社会及管治措施及绿色能源方面的发展。
由于该议的适用百分比率均低于5%，因此不构成公司的须予公布交易，公告协为自愿发布。
