　　京基金融国际发布公告，于2024年12月16日，公司直接全资附属公司Leading Tide Group Limited（Leading Tide）与多方（包括SIAM AI Corporation Company Limited（SIAM AI）、Venture Hub、FCGM Strategic Investment Pte． Ltd．及Boon-Long先生）订立正式协议。

　　根据该协议的条款，订约各方同意成立一家合资公司，专注于在泰国经营及管理图形处理单元（GPU）服务器集群。
